Refund Policy
The rule, in one line
A challenge is refundable only while you haven’t placed a single trade on the account. The moment your first order fills, the purchase is final.
Why it works this way
Buying a challenge unlocks a live, real-time trading environment immediately. We tie refunds to trading activity rather than a time window on purpose: a fixed “X-day” window could be gamed — trade all week, then ask for your money back if it didn’t go your way. Tying it to “no trades placed” is simple and fair: if you never used the account, you get your money back; if you used it, the entry fee stands. Either way, the entry fee is the most you can ever lose.
You’re eligible if
- No order has ever been placed on the account tied to the purchase, and
- The account hasn’t been closed for a rules breach or for a Terms violation.
You’re not eligible if
- Any trade has been placed on the account — even one, even if later closed.
- The account was breached, passed, paid out, or otherwise used.
- The purchase is linked to fraud, abuse, or a Terms violation.
How to request a refund
Email support@fundedpoly.com from the address on your account, with your order details. We’ll confirm that no trades were placed and process the refund to your original payment method. Processing time depends on the payment provider; we’ll tell you what to expect when we confirm.
Chargebacks
If something looks wrong, please contact us first — we’ll sort eligible refunds quickly. Opening a chargeback on a used account (one with trades placed) is a breach of these terms and may result in account closure.
