FundedPoly, operated by [Legal Entity Name], is committed to preventing money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, and sanctions evasion. This policy explains how we verify the people we pay and the controls we apply. It works alongside our Terms and Privacy Policy.

Every trader must complete identity verification before receiving any payout — for all challenge types, including automatic Jackpot payouts. We collect your legal name, date of birth, phone number, residential address, country of residence, a government-issued identity document, and a selfie, and we verify them. Verification is reviewed by our compliance team; we may add a specialist verification provider over time. No payout is released until verification is complete and approved.

We screen against applicable sanctions regimes (including OFAC and EU lists) and block access from sanctioned jurisdictions and from countries where prediction-market trading is restricted (including the United States). Access is filtered by location, and we may decline to onboard or pay anyone we are prohibited from dealing with.

We may request additional information or documentation — including source-of-funds or source-of-wealth detail — where a payout, pattern of activity, or risk assessment warrants it. We monitor for behavior inconsistent with our Terms or with legitimate use.

We retain verification records and transaction history for as long as required by applicable anti-money-laundering law, as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may refuse, delay, withhold, or reverse a payout, and suspend or close an account, where identity verification fails, where information appears false, where sanctions or fraud risk is identified, or where we are otherwise required or permitted by law. Where legally required, we report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities and cooperate with lawful requests.
